Becoming More Religious

I grew up as a first generation American of Soviet Jews who were (and still are) not very religious but celebrated Jewish holidays and we go to synagogue for Rosh Hashanah and yahrzeit but that’s pretty much it. I don’t eat pork and go to a synagogue about 5 times a year. I’m 17 years old now and want to become more religious but I don’t know where to start. Does anyone have any suggestions?
