are there jews that celebrate christmas?

I know jews don’t believe in Jesus and therefore wouldn’t celebrate his birthday, but are there jews that just celebrate the materialist side of the holiday (Having a christmas tree and open presents under the tree on christmas day), because I know muslims and I think hindus and such do it (for some weird reason), so there must be at least one jew that also does it
