Maybe a stupid question, but I’ve only seen women wearing long skirts and modest tops so far in my community and that’s what the Rabbi’s wife told me to wear: a skirt.
When I try to search this question online, I can’t find an answer because ‘modest dress’ = like dress code, not the specific garment.
I have a really lovely modest dress that I want to wear to temple on Friday and I don’t want to be inappropriate.
