(35M) Is relocating to NYC to find a serious Jewish partner a smart move?

I’ve traveled internationally for both business and pleasure the last few years, and the desire for marriage and family is getting louder inside me.

NYC is the only place in the US I have family (and a few friends) right now, but starting over in my sister’s spare room in Brooklyn probably isn’t most women’s idea of husband material.

Assume I’m a fairly average guy – personality, looks, education, money, humor, all positive but not whoa. I’m also secular btw.. I would not be dating anyone SS/SK.

Any advice? Thanks in advance.

PS- I’ve been to NYC before (both winter and summer) for work and am fairly comfortable with the city, overall I like it but don’t love it.
