Where to spend Shabbat in the Virginia area for an orthodox jewish couple?

Basically the above question- I’m wondering if anyone has suggestions of a nice place to visit for shabbos or where we can buy shabbos food this coming weekend? We plan to roadtrip to Virginia and maybe West Virginia. We can definitely bring things along but it would be nice to have a backup plan.
