Where did all the hate start?

I’m not talking just about politics, I’m really talking about in general. It’s awful and I’m seeing more and more of it lately for reasons we all know. But when did all the hate start? Is there a pinpointed timeframe? What happened? I was talking to my dad a couple days ago about this and he asked the same question. It’s difficult to find an answer on Google and I also don’t trust Google to give an honest, unbiased answer. I grew up Catholic in a neighborhood with a lot of Jewish people. They were neighbors, friends, and chosen family. I can’t wrap my head around anyone having ill-will against them, it’s very distressing. Where did it all start? Definitely before WW2 from what I hear, but I don’t know when, why, or even how.
