What do the Rabbi’s say about when you have two truths that don’t agree with each other?

Question in title. For example, let’s say one truth says one thing, but another truth is opposed to it. And on their own, they are both true, but they don’t agree with each other when you square them up together alongside each other. How do you square two true facts that don’t necessarily align with each other?
