What can be done to bridge the gap between American Jews and Russian-speaking-American Jews?

We have very different conceptions of what being Jewish means, but it’s important to understand one another and be friends. How can that be made possible?

This is an important question because 10-15% of American Jews are Russian-speaking, meaning they or their parents/grandparents are from the former Soviet Union.
