Wedding Ketubah Content Question

Hi, hopefully we won’t be judged too hard but we had our wedding on Sunday May 5th of 2024 last year, we only had time to sign our names, our witnesses and officiant at the bottom (cropped out of the pic), as we were on a very tight wedding night schedule being on a chartered boat cruise with the way they structure the night. Long story short we never had a chance to fill everything else out, and had some personal issues over the last year that delayed filling the rest out even more, so now finally getting to it and wondering if any of you can help us figure out what to fill out here for the info from last year? Even the English part does it matter on if the Hebrew date comes first before the English ones? (Whatever the Israeli date even was??). Thanks so much in advance…Google translate did not help at all
