Tradition/Ritual for making a major life decision?

Hi everyone, I have a major life decision coming up. As an example, it’s on the scale of “Do I take the new job in the new city?” Other than “consult with a Rabbi” does Judaism have any traditions/rituals for facing this kind of life event? I can’t think of anything. Thanks
