Theological question – Torah as God’s word

I’ve been thinking about the idea that we’re God’s partners in creation, and it makes me wonder. If the Torah came through human hands, but was divinely inspired, like the Conservative movement believes, isn’t that still a form of God speaking?Just… with us, not to us? So, wouldn’t that be essentially the same thing that the Torah is the direct word of God? (I suppose it may depend on what one’s idea of God even is.)
