I’m Jewish and grew up in France where even though I am secular, the main religious practice is Orthodox so I have a good grasp of Judaism and Jewish concepts. However, I’ve never done any “text study” per say and don’t know where to start. I’d like to start becoming more observant (I already attend a partnership equalitarian minyan for Shabbat) but I feel that I am really missing the Jewish literacy part. Any advice on how to start?
