Synagogue staff: how do you balance family and work during HHD?

For anyone who works at a synagogue, services and holiday observance is obviously different than the average Jew. How do you handle this with your family? Do they come to your shul? Do they do their own thing? Do you ever find ways to observe the holidays outside of work?
