Rededication of the synagogue in Trenčín, Slovakia

Today, the synagogue in Trenčín, Slovakia, was rededicated. During the ceremony, three Torah scrolls were brought into the building. Three rabbis also attended the ceremony: Rabbi Kapustin (head of the Federation of Jewish Communities in Slovakia), Rabbi Meyers (head of the Jewish Community in Bratislava), and Rabbi Dr Andrew Goldstein (a guest rabbi from England). The synagogue is now again fully operational and ready to host services.
