Wikipedia, the world’s foremost resource for quickly skimming topics says milk from forbidden animals is forbidden, which makes sense. I haven’t seen anything about milk from multiple cows. Modern industrial processes mean you’re probably never going to buy a gallon of milk from the store that’s from only one cow, but why is a mixture of cow milk kosher? It’s surprising to me. The rules for kosher seem very exact about food preparation, containment, and also manufacturing in the case of wine.
Is it just not a concern to mix cow milk?
