Prayer Help

hi!!! It’s me again from the “learning to be Jewish without a synagogue” post (that’s not what it’s named but I can’t remember the name lol). It’s been a few weeks at this point since I started this journey, and all the advice and support from this subreddit has helped a lot. The past few days I’ve been trying my very best to pray (this is scary! I was an atheist for over half my life!) and I know im doing it in kind of a silly and messy way but it feels really good and like it’s helping a lot. I’ve been trying to look for sources on the right way to pray, but I’m the way that I am and I get easily confused — I’ve gathered that there’s three types of prayers, and there’s usually a specific prayer that is said in the mornings and nights (and afternoons?), I’ve heard of stooping to pray, but for some reason in my research haven’t encountered a single mention of it, and I don’t know if I should clasp my hands, or read from a prayer book, or just speak from the heart, or what’s really going on and if I’m doing things right at all, haha!!! After some looking into things, I think I’d probably consider myself Reform, and I know im Ashkenazi, but im open to anything. Any tips? 🙂
