Not Jewish, But I Have a Question

Hello,

I’m not Jewish, but I believe that the religion’s practices and history are interesting. I’m wanting to do a project for a competition with Judaism as a topic. I’d like to focus on discrimination against people who practice Judaism both today and from long ago, too; including from before WWII. The competition is a history themed competition and I’d like to write a paper for it. Is this okay?? I just want to make sure that I’m not being disrespectful or anything….
