Noahide on not reading torah

I’m a noahide.

I can’t go through day to day life while I’m reading torah, its sobering. I think of everything i do as pointless. I have a very comfortable life, a great job but whenever i so much as listen to a song, watch tv. I’m immediately reminded in the back of my head, “its material and it means nothing.

Not to mention the constant speculation of Moschiach’s arrival. Keeping up to date with politics. Seeing if there are signs. it really is exhausting. I want to stay naive and untouched by the burden of the worlds problems. Reading torah is a constant reminder of it.

Is this a sin, am i wrong. could i follow the 7 laws and remain oblivious.
