Niche Question RE: Coca-Cola & Kosher

I’ve noticed that I haven’t seen any hechsher symbols on vanilla or cherry Coca-Cola products when I’m popping into a corner store (context: I live in Canada).

I know that regular coke is kosher (I’ve never not seen a hechsher on those bottles/cans), but when I look at some specialty flavors, it’s hit/miss. Of course, I first went to Rabbi Google, and the results have been unclear.

So I’m turning to this lovely corner of the internet. Is it true that (in general) Coca-Cola, if produced/bottled in Canada or the United States is kosher even without a hechsher?

Like, it’s not like I’m even that most strict or observant anyway, but I do try so I’m always a bit disappointed when I can’t see the hechshers (which means I don’t buy it).

I’d appreciate whatever insight, clarity, etc. anyone here can provide!

Thanks!
