Movie/game piracy

Just wondering if someone can shed light on halachos that would be connected with piracy. Just thinking about how it’s right before Yom Kippur and how I can use stolen content on a daily basis without even thinking about it. Is it really stealing acc to Torah? I heard things like bc it’s not a Jew I’m stealing from it’s fine or bc it’s a big company etc… sounds like that’s all missing some context maybe. Wondering what you guys think. I’m chabad so reg halacha would be what I’m talking in context of.
