Mezuzah scrolls at reasonable prices?

I make mezuzahs as gifts for friends and family, as a hobby. I used to be able to buy kosher Ashkenazi mezuzah scrolls for $20-25 when I bought more than 10 at a time (that meet Orthodox requirements). I can’t seem to find prices like that any more. If there are places I can make larger orders at more reasonable prices than I can find on the web, I’d be grateful. Thanks!
