Long Islanders – looking to rejoin a temple after 20 years since my BM. Any reccs?

I figure a good amount of people on here are from Long Island. I am a 33/m looking to go back. Live in Nassau. Ideally would like some type of temple that has a mix of older and younger people and activities with maybe peopel of my own age type of thing. I would consider conservative or reform.

Any ideas?
