Jewish Camino de Santiago?

Is there an alternative to the Camino de Santiago for Jews? I’ve been interested in walking town to town in Europe for a long time (I’m interested in hiking, medieval history, staying in hostels/hotels instead of camping) but the Camino de Santiago seems very Christian and I was super disappointed to learn that there are no current Jewish communities anywhere on the Way (not even a Chabad house in the major cities of the region). Has anyone done a similar walk from Speyer to Mainz? Or Troyes to Prague? The thing about the Camino is that it has very good guidebooks, well-defined stages, and the infrastructure that I’m assuming walking from France across Germany to Czechia does not. Is anyone interested in forming a minyan to walk the Camino in 2028 or beyond?
