Is this a misprint?

I have the travel size of the Etz Hayim, but print too small so I ordered this off EBay.

I paid $59.99 total and no mention of misprint in listing.

I know it opens from back, but first page opens to glossary end of book and upside down.

Is it Kosher to keep and okay to use or do I return since seller never mentioned printing error.
