I’m dating this girl and we are both Jewish but I noticed she dosnt observe shabbat and it makes me upset how do I bring this up with her?

I want to be supportive but she always works on Shabbat and it kind of bothers me. I would consider her even more Jewish than me. Shabbat is important to me even though I was raised secular I started to observe it once I learned the rules. I’m not perfect and I am still working on being fully observant( I’m not there yet but I’m getting there) but I feel like she is not even trying. She said she is not religious. I find it to be really discouraging. Shabbat is really important to me and I don’t know how to bring this up with her.
