How is Greek mythology viewed in Judaism and Rabbinical Literature?

So I guess if you grew up and live in the West, the ancient greeks were a people highly admired for their contributions to western civilization with many great thinkers and philosophers and greek mythological fairy tales and stories are deemed timeless classics with lessons and wisdom.

I was curious if there was any opinion on the ancient Greek fairy tales and mythological stories in Judaism and Rabbinical literature? And as a side note, I’m also curious the overall history of the relationship between Jews and Greeks.
