Have you heard this style of Haftarah trope before?

If you choose R’ Chayim B Alevsky for Haftarah cantillation audio on the Chabad website, you can hear it.

It’s so different than what I’m used to. And I have to say, it’s really pretty.

My question is:

Is this just one man’s style? Or is this a common trope system in Chabad? I’ve never heard anyone do it this way but I don’t usually attend Chabad stuff.
