Feeling nervous

I recently started learning more about Judaism after researching my family history. Some of my ancestors were from communities with Sephardic roots, and through historical records , I’ve found some references to Jewish lineage that might trace back to Iberia. I reached out to a rabbi to ask questions and learn more, and he kindly invited me to attend a Shabbat service. While I’m deeply honored, I’m also feeling a bit nervous I want to be respectful and prepared especially since I’m not Jewish by halacha. I’d really appreciate any advice on what to expect at Shabbat, how to participate appropriately, and how people generally view folks exploring Judaism from a family/cultural angle like mine.
