I see tons of examples where the woman is more religious than the man….and I happen to be in the opposite scenario.
My boyfriend and I have been together roughly 3 years. Our difference in religious observance is a frequent source of tension for us. That being said, we’re great communicators, and there is a lot of love and honesty in the way we approach these conversations. They just have to happen.. a lot. And as we’re nearing 30, and everyone asks us about marraige and children.. well, you get it.
I’m curious of other people’s experience in relationships with observance differences. What did you learn? What was helpful? Curious to hear about other experiences, as we have no couples in our lives similar to us in this area.
In particular, looking for examples with less religious women/more religious men.
(Edit: I am sadly aware that it’s easier when the woman is more religious, which is why I’m asking specifically for counter examples)
