Does anybody know and good recipes for Hanukkah? I’m primarily looking for Ashkenazi cuisine but any recommendations are accepted

So, since Hanukkah is coming up, I’d like to compile a list of recipes that I would like to try out. My family had cookbooks in the past that were unfortunately lost, and now I am looking to see if I can collect some new dishes that could be fun for the season.
