Dietary Laws

In Bereshit Chapter 1 verse 30 it reads:

לוּלְכָל־חַיַּ֣ת הָ֠אָ֠רֶץ וּלְכָל־ע֨וֹף הַשָּׁמַ֜יִם וּלְכֹ֣ל | רוֹמֵ֣שׂ עַל־הָאָ֗רֶץ אֲשֶׁר־בּוֹ֙ נֶ֣פֶשׁ חַיָּ֔ה אֶת־כָּל־יֶ֥רֶק עֵ֖שֶׂב לְאָכְלָ֑ה וַֽיְהִי־כֵֽן:

Here it seems Adonai is saying you may eat all animals. My question is how do Rabbis reconcile this passage with the dietary laws found in Vayikra and Devarim? All animals means all animals that includes pigs. Maybe I’m not understanding something.
