Dating someone not Jewish but also not having kids.

So I’m dating someone who is very much not Jewish, I’m in my late 30’s, they are neo parents. My previous long relationship was someone who was likewise not Jewish but as time went on the incompatibility due to the age gap just became more and more obvious, I was younger into miles etc…don’t need to elaborate.

The new person who ive fallen head over heels for I’ve shit tested a few different ways asking their thoughts about things, and I think both our feelings of “omg Christians just let me live in peace” is carrying a lot of mutual respect of our very very different spiritual paths/thoughts.

My family isn’t Conservative and have seemed receptive to the idea as being fine especially since I am snipped and won’t be having kids anyways. (Don’t have any).

What is a polite way to bring this up to my Rabbi if we go all the way and wanting to get married eventually far down the road?

I never had that urge with my previous long term, and this one I keep hearing wedding bells in my head lol.
