Meet Cubby the Sephardic (Moroccan) doggie, and who only understands French. I’m Sephardic Lebanese, so we agreed to communicate in French while he’s under my care. Turned his nose at his kibble, and with the approval of his owner, gleefully enjoyed the bites of kitniyot, falafel, tabouleh, and hummous I gave him.
