Can I take medics while Yom Kippur?

So I’m a 15F and I got my periods this morning while Kippur start tonight and continue until tomorrow. It mean that I will have my most painful periods days (the first and the second) while Kippur. I know I still have to fast but can I at least take medics to help calm the periods cramps? The medics are Spasfon – LYOC 80mg phloroglucinol Gmar rhatima tova ve tsom kal! ❤️
