Are there any good online courses for beginners?

I am from Europe (Germany), but I am very interested in Judaism. I have already bought and read a few books about Jewish life.

Unfortunately, I have absolutely no knowledge of theology.

Is there a good online course for someone who wants to learn more about Judaism and is willing to spend 2-3 hours every day learning about theology, traditions, life, and language? Of course, it would be best to just go to the local synagogue, but I would also be interested in online courses, for example in the evenings, etc. I was in New York City once and was so fascinated by Jewish life there. It simply captivated me. It was my first time in a synagogue and it was wonderful. It’s nothing like Germany. I especially loved the Chabad community, and it was extremely exciting. I also enjoy listening to English rabbis. Is there anything like that, maybe even online from the NYC area? I’m looking for something (I don’t mind paying) where you can learn about Judaism from scratch.

There is this one app where you can watch a lot of shiurim, but it’s very confusing, with so many different rabbis and so many different videos. I’m missing a clear chronology or a common thread, like at university.

Does anyone know of anything where the entire body of knowledge is taught chronologically from scratch? Best regards
