Anyone ever rent a "Shabbos vacation rental" with kids? What’s it like?

like, does it come with food? Or do you have to go to the supermarket and buy your own?

Any other good and easy solutions for renting a place for vacation over Shabbos?

(Not planning on flying anywhere, but I’d drive somewhere in NJ/MD area.
