Any Mehadrin Kosher bakeries in NYC?

Hello! I’m not Jewish but I have a Jewish coworker I am close with. They informed me that they follow the highest standards of the kosher diet. Their birthday is coming up soon and I want to get them a birthday cake, but of course a cake they can actually eat and not just take a picture with. It would be really great if I could also get pastries, cookies, etc. for them too. I want to surprise them so I can’t ask out right. I got Magnolia’s before but they said Magnolia’s wasn’t strict enough. I want to get them snacks sometimes and I want to make sure that they can have them.

I did a bit of googling and found that the highest standard is Mehadrin Kosher (I may be incorrect). Google searches of “Mehadrin bakery nyc” doesn’t come up with much.

Wondering if there are any in NYC or more specifically Manhattan, and what certifications are good under this standard?
