Am I obligated to contribute to the eulogy?

It’s a little late now to be asking the internets about this, but my aunt just passed away from cancer after battling it a year and being mostly functional until just over a month ago. Her (Jewish) funeral is tomorrow. I was not super close with her (still upset about her passing), but was asked if I would like to speak at her funeral. I said no, and my uncle (her bro in law, she wasn’t married) said something to the tune of “if you’d like to write it down the rabbi can read it for you.” I again declined because I don’t know what I would say and I’m sure I could come up with something but I also don’t feel like sharing them publicly. Nothing bad or anything, I just don’t feel like sharing. My aunt was a painfully private person so I feel like if she were here she would say it’s ok. I also was under the impression that at Jewish funerals the family was not obligated to speak. No one has thrown shade at me yet but I wouldn’t be surprised if I let them down by not contributing, after all I was her only niece/nephew. I heard what my parents sent in to the rabbi today and what they shared was really nice. I also misunderstood the original ask, the rabbi did not know my aunt closely so this was an opportunity to share more about her with him, and give him stories to use for fodder for his eulogy, this did not come across from how my uncle worded it via text, so I’m feeling extra guilty for saying no even though I meant it at the time and still kinda do.The last time I was at a Jewish funeral in person (attended one on zoom a couple years back) was 22 years ago when my Poppy died. I was a preteen at the time.

I guess I’m just looking for some clarity and if i made an acceptable choice by opting out of contributing to the eulogy. My dad’s other sister would be contributing the most I would guess, they lived near each other and were closer than my aunt and my dad so I feel like the siblings covered good ground. Do they really need to hear a niece’s perspective? Again we weren’t that close.
