Y’all… I cannot believe that I learned the word “yarmulke” only two months ago. 16 years of being raised Jewish and I had never ever ever heard it called anything but a kippah. I guess that’s what I get for being a “desert Jew” and not hanging around the Ashkenazi side of my family. My mind is blown.
