A few questions for secular Jews from Europe

*By secular I mean, people who consider themselves more ethnically/culturally jewish than religious, does that make sense?

Do you still do things like light Hanukkah candles, have Seder dinner, sit shiva etc? Not necessarily while reciting proper prayers or following restrictions, just doing the tradition for the sake of tradition
