Who’s interested in homemade Kosher Bonito flakes (in the Jersey area)?

Hi! My FIL wants to make his own bonito flakes since kosher ones are impossible to find in the USA. They wouldn’t be kosher certified, but he keeps a kosher kitchen. The places that sell skipjack tuna require you to buy the whole tuna, so it’s a bit pricey. If anyone here were interested in helping with the cost, it could be worth it!
