Was paleo-Hebrew ever written in cuneiform?

Watching one of the recent videos on the (fantastic) Esoterica YouTube channel, and he discusses Ugaritic, a now-extinct language that was a very close relative to Hebrew. So close, in fact, that he mentions that one can basically read Ugaritic if you know biblical Hebrew.

Interesting to note: Ugaritic was actually written in cuneiform, instead of the Phoenician-derived proto-Hebrew script. Is it known if paelo-Hebrew was ever written in cuneiform?
