Hi hi

Hi, I come from an Ashkenazi family. My father is a French Jew. (both ethnically and religiously) My mother was not. I want to get closer and go to a synagogue, but I don’t know if they will accept me because I was informed that I would need two Jewish parents or at least my mother would have to be one I’ve had relatives in the Holocaust according to my father and my grandmother I want to also get into Orthodox Judaism I live with a Jehovah’s Witness family so it’s not safe atm pls any tips :[
