What is an appropriate greeting/well wishes for Yom Kippur if you aren’t sure whether someone will be fasting? I’ve often heard that wishing someone an easy fast or a meaningful fast is the most appropriate greeting, but many of my friends are secular and Reform Jews who may not be fasting, and I’d still like to reach out to acknowledge the holiday since it’s important to keep checking in on each other.
