Why is Judaism not a conver*ting religion?

I assume due to either :

A) persecution from the past and prioritizing a close-knit community who understands the generational trauma faced

B) the belief that not just Jews can go to heaven, unlike Christian’s who think you must be Christian to go to heaven and thus seek for others to become Christian as well.
