What kind of kippa is this?

I live in a very non-Jewish area and for the past two years. I’ve been trying to get the courage to wear a kippa out. I wear one at home and at work. I’m trying to wear what I would consider nontraditional yarmulkes, first of all, what kind of kippa is this? And second does it scream kippa or could it be some sort of eccentric hat ?
