What happens to polytheists after death?

Hello! I’m not Jewish, but I’ve been learning about different Jewish perspectives on the afterlife. One thing I’ve seen mentioned is that non-Jews who observe the commandments given to Noah are seen as having a pleasant afterlife. What about polytheists, like (most) Buddhists and Hindus, who by the nature of their polytheism, are not observing the commandment towards monotheism? Does the Lord, in Jewish thought, especially punish polytheism? Or is that more of a thing in other Abrahamic religions? Thanks!
