There has been a lot of debates on G-d’s existence in the past few centuries, some are undoubtedly good and some are undoubtedly bad, but an argument which resistants with me is the Digital Physics Argument for G-d, the digital physics argument for G-d posits that the universe can be understood as an information-based construct, similar to a computer program, proponents argue that the complexity and order observed in the universe suggest the existence of an intelligent designer or programmer, much like how a sophisticated simulation requires a creator. This perspective merges concepts from physics, information theory, and philosophy to suggest that a digital reality implies a higher intelligence responsible for its existence.
It was popularised by physicist Edward Fredkin and then carried on by philosophy apologist Inspiring philosophy, I have posed a video, explained it in detail below, tell me what you think?
It can be broken down in five premises:
PREMISE ONE: Stimulations can only exist in a computer or a mind
PREMISE TWO: The universe is a stimulation
PREMISE THREE: A stimulation on a computer still has to be stimulated on a mind
PREMISE FOUR: Therefore the universe is a simulation in a mind
PREMISE FIVE: Therefore a mind exists (that mind we call G-d)
