wearing a sheitel for hair loss

Hi I wanted to see if any women in the group have some advice for me. I am turning 25 and experiencing hair loss from an 80 lb weight loss and a lot of stress. I have religious friends who wear sheitels and I’ve always admired how beautiful they are, but these friends waited until marriage. Obviously my reasoning for needing a sheitel is much different than theirs, but I don’t know why I feel so embarrassed. I’m even nervous to make an appointment at my local sheitelmacher. I’m afraid of the judgement of still having too much hair for a wig, wearing a sheitel when I’m not married, and just the stigma of wearing a wig. I know I’ll feel much better and it’s quite an expensive investment, l don’t know why I feel so ashamed
