The Netflix show with the Rabbi

I apologise if this is ignorant, but I just wanted to know is it allowed for Rabbis to date/have sex/ be in relationships outside of marriage?

I haven’t watched the show, so I don’t know if they discuss this part there. The show is called Nobody wants this.
